Abisola Ude,MPP

HIGHER EDUCATION ENTREPRENEUR | SPEAKER | MENTOR

Abisola Ude is a higher education speaker and advocates for educational equity for minority students. With a background in managing education programs and policy initiatives, she has expertise in structuring programs and building curricula for nonprofits, universities, and government agencies to give students a unique collegiate experience that promotes excellence and competence.

Abisola's passion for education equity began with federal relations tackling education issues students face from higher education access to retention due to a lack of supplemental services, and financial aid. This led her to obtain her master's in economics and education policy. She supported elected officials by single-handedly creating a supplemental curriculum for a school district to increase student retention in secondary education leading to higher education. Her great work led to serving on an Education Advisory Committee for a local city.

She has headlined professional conferences and events with audiences ranging from college administrators, university faculty, and college and high school students with sessions on navigating the financial aid process, discussing the purpose of our passions, the power of networking, and social capital, student leadership, and more.

She is the proud owner of Abisola Consulting Group. She has served students nationwide by providing academic advising and financial aid negotiations saving students and their parents in total over $1,500,000 in college aid.

Abisola is a proud Nigerian-American that loves shopping, playing monopoly, and traveling.
She is an extreme couponer and executive event planner. She volunteers her time fostering rescue puppies, mentoring young women, and advising leaders of Bethel Campus Fellowship.
